Delivery Policy

1. Digital service, nothing is shipped

Graha Life provides digital astrology consultations only. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges, couriers or delivery addresses involved, in India or abroad.

2. How the service is delivered

Your consultation is delivered online, on the same page, immediately after payment is confirmed. You receive the full consultation (for example 20 minutes or up to 10 questions, whichever comes first) in your browser. No download, app or account is needed.

3. Where it is available

The service is available anywhere with an internet connection. Prices are shown before you pay.

4. If delivery fails

If the consultation cannot be delivered because of a technical failure on our side, you are refunded in full as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
