1. About This Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Graha Life, an AI-assisted Vedic astrology and spiritual guidance service accessible via our website at graha.life and any related services.
By accessing or using Graha Life, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Nature of the Service
For Informational and Spiritual Guidance Purposes Only
Graha Life provides AI-assisted astrological interpretations based on classical Vedic Jyotish principles combined with astronomically precise planetary calculations.
Graha Life is NOT a substitute for professional advice:
- Not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for health concerns.

AI-Assisted, Not Human Astrologer
Readings are generated using AI models that translate pre-computed astronomical data and classical Vedic interpretations into natural language. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors.

Graha Life does not guarantee that any prediction or guidance will produce specific life outcomes. Our readings illuminate tendencies and themes — they do not determine your fate.
3. Eligibility
Graha Life is meant for adults (18 and over). We do not ask for or check your age. If you are a parent or guardian, you may enter your child's birth details at your own discretion and on your own responsibility.
4. User Accounts and Birth Data
You are responsible for providing accurate birth data. Inaccurate data will produce inaccurate calculations. Each account corresponds to one individual's birth data.

Free Trial: The free trial is short (a few minutes or a few questions) and is meant to let you try the service. To keep the trial available to everyone, we limit it to one trial per birth chart, two per device, and three per network address, each within a rolling 30-day window. These limits are enforced using irreversible hashes — we do not store your IP address or browser details. A full consultation (20 minutes, up to 10 questions) is ₹49.
Payments are processed securely by our PCI-DSS compliant payment partner. UPI, cards, and netbanking are accepted. We never store your card or UPI credentials. We do not sell subscriptions; every purchase is a one-time payment.
Refund Policy: All consultations are digital services delivered instantly upon payment. A refund is given only for a technical failure on our side, which means our system being unable to answer for 2 minutes or more during a paid consultation. When that happens we tell you on screen, end the consultation, and refund the payment in full, automatically, to your original payment method; it reaches you within 5 to 7 working days. If you were charged but your consultation could not be started at all, contact nav@graha.life with your transaction ID and we will start it or refund the payment in full. Full details: Refund & Cancellation Policy. There is no refund for any other reason. This includes the content of a reading, a reading you disagree with or are not satisfied with, and unused time or unused questions.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to: use the Service for critical decisions without professional consultation; attempt to bypass safety guardrails; reverse-engineer the AI; use automated tools beyond provided APIs; create accounts for fictitious persons; or resell generated content.
7. Intellectual Property
The Graha Life brand, AI models, prompt architecture, and knowledge base are our intellectual property. Classical Vedic texts are in the public domain; our synthesis is proprietary. You may share your readings for personal, non-commercial use.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Graha Life shall not be liable for damages arising from your use of or reliance on the Service. The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the preceding 12 months.
9. Data Protection
Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
10. Grievance Redressal

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Both parties agree to attempt resolution through our grievance mechanism before initiating legal proceedings.
